This photograph was taken during my artist residency at Belmond La Residencia Hotel in Deià, Mallorca, where I did a study of the the ancient olive groves of the Tramuntana range.
During my residency, I developed the series called Spiritual Bouquets. Inspired by devotional cards found in churches, these works replace religious iconography with the ancient olive trees of the Tramuntana, envisioned as deities rooted in mountain soil and crowned by sea breeze. Each image is accompanied by poetic text, transforming the olive tree from an agricultural symbol into a spiritual guide.

Printed on cotton rag paper, the surface presents the image as one Japanese wood print.
It comes with a wide white margin.
